2 eggs, slightly beaten
  1/4 cup sugar (use less if you like)
  1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  2 cups corn kernels (use fresh, thawed frozen or drained canned corn, as you 
  wish)
  4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter, melted
  1 cup milk
  Dash of pepper
  dash of nutmeg
  1/2 teaspoon salt

  Beat eggs and sugar together. Add flour, corn, butter, and seasonings. Pour 
  into casserole dish and cover. Bake 45 minutes in preheated 400-degree oven.
